André Sanche is an entrepreneur, educator, and operational consultant with over 20 years of experience in business leadership, hospitality operations, product development, and organizational growth. As the founder of Gremolata Strategies Group, he works with entrepreneurs and organizations to strengthen operations, improve communication, develop practical systems, and support sustainable business growth.
Throughout his career, André has owned and operated multiple businesses, led teams in fast-paced operational environments, and supported organizations through coaching, workflow development, strategic planning, and process improvement. His approach is grounded in real-world experience and focused on practical, collaborative solutions that help businesses operate more effectively as they grow.
In addition to his consulting work, André is a faculty member at Georgian College, where he teaches within the Hospitality, Tourism & Recreation department with a focus on culinary operations, leadership, and product development. He holds multiple certifications in adult education, virtual learning, and sustainability-focused training, and is passionate about mentorship, operational leadership, and helping businesses build strong foundations for long-term success.
